Question: Which shipping company do you use for shipping?

Answers:
Currently we're using FEDEX other carrier for our online order shipping. All shipping are directly to our business address or residential address.
In some case, we also choose UPS or USPS for small package shipping.

It's sole DESAY's discretion for using any carriers for our online orders.
For over 150 lbs items, we'll using freight service carrier, delivery as 'door to door'.

The Service Level is as 'Ground', and the transmit days are different as your locations.

For USA customers, we'll ship the item(s) from our USA warehouse.
For Canadian customers, we'll ship the item(s) from our Ontario warehouse in Canada.

The shipping cost,includes the handling cost, actual shipping cost, and shipping insurance.
All the shipping cost from our online orders are ground shipping only and only ship to USA lower 48 states only.

Questions: Do you combine shipping?
Answers:
Yes, we do.
Due to we have multi warehouse in Canada and USA, your items might be shipped from our different warehouse.
So we might not be able to combine shipping for some of the orders.

If items were shipped from one of our warehouse, the following combine shipping policies will apply:

1. Parts order we only charge highest item’s shipping cost, plus $1.00 for each addtional items.
2. If parts order along with machine, we’ll only charge machine shipping cost.
3. No combine shipping for more than one machine orders.
e.g:
if you order two 28L-90 vinyl cuttes, each of them shipping cost is $78.99, the total shipping cost for this order will be 2 x $78.99= $157.98.
if you order one 28L-90 vinyl cutter, and 3 pieces 45 degree blade, you will only be charged shipping cost $78.99.

if you order one blade holder, shipping cost $9.99, and one serial cable, shipping cost $12.99, you will be only charged $12.99 plus $1.00 for this order

In either case, please make payment for all shipping cost first, and we’ll refund the extra shipping cost by our Combine Shipping Policies once we process your order.
